Ecommerce Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This fully office based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment and enjoys taking full ownership of e-commerce performance. You’ll lead the day-to-day management of online stores, ensuring a smooth customer experience while driving sales through smart optimisation and data-led decision making.

Acting as a central point of coordination, you’ll keep marketing priorities aligned, support product launches and campaigns, and oversee the creation of on-brand assets. As the senior member of the consumer team, you’ll also play a key role in guiding decisions and stepping up when needed to keep projects moving seamlessly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and optimise e-commerce sites.
• Align marketing team priorities and ensure projects stay on track.
• Support product launches and digital campaigns.
• Produce or guide design work to deliver consistent, on-brand assets.
• Analyse performance data.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Strong understanding of ecommerce best practice.
• Consumer goods, beauty & wellness experience is highly desirable.
• Shopify experience
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
